The Compliance Ops Officer is in charge of implementing the objectives as defined by the Compliance Manager. In terms of Deputy Compliance Manager function, the Compliance Ops Officer can perform all tasks delegated by the Compliance Manager and replaces him in case of absence.

- Monitoring Compliance of manuals with AIR OPS regulations
- Ensuring all Ops activities are performed in accordance with the approved procedures
- Reviewing the manuals (OM, etc.) and associated procedures on a regular basis and requesting amendments of the documents if required
- Reviewing OPS external contracts
- Performing external and internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan
- Issuing audit reports
- Performing the finding follow-ups
- Verifying the efficiency of the corrective actions implemented and closing associated findings in relation with the Compliance Manager
- Participating to the implementation of the Safety & Compliance Management System
- Reviewing, with the Compliance Manager, the Safety & Compliance Management manual and all associated procedures and forms
- Performing the regulatory watch

Profile:
- A minimum of a 2 years relevant work experience in the field of aviation Operations (business aviation would be a must, but regular commercial aviation is acceptable)
- Relevant Engineering degree, or relevant experience in aeronautics such as a CPL, an ATLP, or a dispatch qualification
- Knowledge of AIR_OPS and Human Factors
- Knowledge of the Compliance and Safety Management Concept
- Ability to communicate and adhere to the ethical rules
- Ability to be perceptive, to be discrete, to listen and to be open-minded
- Ability to make a distinction between facts and opinions
- Ability to speak and write in English on any OPS Compliance subject
- Be rigorous, well organized and ready to assist and help other departments in order to improve them
- Computer skills: basic knowledge of Word, Excel, etc.
